Created by Andrea Carter Consulting, Belonging First is a first-of-its-kind tool that measures belonging in the workplace to shape spaces that are equitable and inclusive for everyone. In 2024, Andrea Carter retained Mighty Bean Co. as her creative partner to design a comprehensive visual identity for the measurement tool. This full-scope project also included the design of various collateral, including business cards, a media kit and PowerPoint templates.
